About Me

Hi, I'm Lauren!

I am a PhD student at Texas Tech University in the College of Media and Communications. My research focuses on news media and social media's effects on children.

I am happily married to my best friend, Ty, who is a veterinarian specializing in exotic animals. We have two pups. We enjoy traveling and trying out new coffee shops. Some of my hobbies include being outside, going to Disney parks and being with family.
